Yup thats right the church rented a mechanical bull.
This week has been a mix of highs and mids
Highs
Obviously going to the church party was definitely a highlight. I’ve never witnessed one so big. There was so many people so much food so much music it crazy. All of the Elders decided to try and ride the bull with one hand, and let’s just say the operator some teenager who was letting the little kids of easy basically whipped the sticks when it was out turn and threw us all of in like 3 seconds. Very humbling to say the least.
Absolute Slide
This transfer ive never seen so much partial sucess we been able to bring so many people to church and start teaching so many people but a majority of them have absolutely no desire to continue going to church, weve been trying all we can to do to build their personal testimonies of Jesus Christ but not very many people like going through with commitments like reading the scriptures. :(
The Chosen One
The start of the week started with rain, lots of rain and we forgot our rain jackets. (Lets go). After a revision I thought it good to add that in the morning we passed the marlet the market was selling umbrellas, and i had the strongest feeling to buy one but no one wanted to bargain so I left umbrelless. as we went house to house with people who had absolutely no desire to entertain our visits. Finally as the night began to end our prayers were answered and we found 3 amazing people who have already gone to church in the past. On the way back to our has my mind went to a sweet old lady who we had lost contact with. This woman had been one of the best sweetest and humblest people we had talked to. Just as I thought of her I looked around almost expecting to find her, and to my suprise she was right there in front of us, we quickly marked a dat tk reconnect and combined with her again.
I known the lord hears the prayers of our hearts.
